Braid Headband
These limited edition headbands are individually hand-made from the offcuts of fabric that remain from the cuttings of our made-to-order garments. These vibrant fabrics are hand-dyed by Kyoto artisan Takeshi Nakajima. The raw braided edges evoke the beauty of vintage boro rope - during Japan's Edo era, scraps of rags and old clothing were braided together to be used as rope for many new functions.
The 1" wide headband is padded for an all-day comfortable fit. Choose from a base of Yellow or a base of Orange. Other colors may become available in limited quantities.
