Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Orders are usually shipped within 3-6 business days unless otherwise noted on the individual product page. We offer free U.S. shipping (3 - 5 business days) on orders over $200 via USPS First Class Mail; heavy orders will have a $10 fee. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays. International orders will have a $55-$65 shipping fee depending on the weight. International orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail International or UPS International. The receiver is responsible for international import or customs costs. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipment service and tracking number.   

 

RETURNS

We hope that you love everything that you order, but if something's not quite right, you can easily return it back to us within 7 days for an exchange or refund. Please email info@notaligne.com and note the nature of the return or exchange. At this time, we can only accept returns or exchanges for orders made within the U.S.

All merchandise returns must be unworn and unwashed, with no makeup, deodorant, or perfume stains. Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving the merchandise. Shipping fees will not be refunded. The customer will receive a confirmation email when the exchange/refund is processed.

All sale items are final and cannot be returned. Custom-made and made-to-order styles also cannot be returned; these items are noted in the product description. 

 

CANCELLATION

All efforts to fulfill every order will be made, but cancellations may be necessary for reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason returning the customer the full refund. You may cancel your order within 24 hours from the time your receive an order confirmation email and receive a full refund. A request to cancel after 24 hours may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the cost.
