Shipping & Returns
Orders are usually shipped within 3-6 business days unless otherwise noted on the individual product page. Standard U.S. shipping (2-3 business days) is free via USPS Priority; heavy orders will have a $10 fee. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays. International orders will have a $45-$55 shipping fee depending on the weight. All shipping will be sent via USPS Priority or USPS Priority Mail International. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipment conﬁrmation email with the shipment service and tracking number.
We hope that you love everything that you order, but if something's not quite right, you can easily return it back to us within 7 days after receipt for an exchange or refund. Customer must email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending the return to request a Return Authorization. Please note the nature of the return or exchange in the email.
All merchandise returns must be unworn and unwashed, with no makeup, deodorant, or perfume stains. The customer is responsible for return shipping and packaging. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking as we are not responsible for lost returns. Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving the merchandise. The customer will receive a confirmation email when the exchange/refund is processed.
At this time, we can only accept returns or exchanges for orders made within the U.S. All sale items are ﬁnal and cannot be returned.
All efforts to fulﬁll every order will be made, but cancellations may be necessary for reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason returning the customer the full refund. You may cancel your order within 24 hours from the time your receive an order conﬁrmation email and receive a full refund. A request to cancel after 24 hours may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the cost.
